The Reason Why Mark Zuckerberg Wears The Same Shirt Every Day Is Boss!

Mark Zuckerberg is the co-founder and current CEO of Facebook. His personal wealth is estimated at over $33 billion, yet he still wears the same shirt every day. A gray t-shirt.

Why would he do that? He could afford the most expensive wardrobe you can imagine, yet he continuously rocks a plain gray t-shirt instead. Every day.

Recently, at the Facebook HQ in Menlo Park, California, USA, he had a little get together with people from all around the world that wanted to ask him questions in person. The in-person public Q&A session sparked the question about his one t-shirt wardrobe and he answered it brilliantly.

The one and only Mark Zuckerberg chooses to wear the same t-shirt every day, because it’s simple. He tries to simplify every aspect of his life that doesn’t help grow and improve his company and the Facebook community.

He sets big goals for himself and doesn’t need any distractions along his path to greatness; which some may think he’s already walked to the very end, but he wouldn’t agree with that. He continues to try to make big things happen at Facebook and the social networking web site has virtually exploded from its rapid growth over the past few years.

If wearing the same shirt every day helps make a person a successful billionaire in charge of the largest social platform on the Internet, then that’s a very small price to pay for success of that magnitude. In conclusion, if you want to be a bosslike self-made young billionaire like Mark Zuckerberg, you better simplify your life and focus on what’s truly important for you to be prosperous and extremely wealthy!

If nothing else, this should inspire and motivate you to wear the same shirt every single day! Please make sure to wash it once in a while though.

About Sascha Brian

Sascha Brian
Known around here as "the German", I am indeed German, but have also spent some time traveling the world. With 10 years of my life spent in the United States, rumor has it that I may even know how to grill a great burger. I don't wear socks with sandals any longer, but I still drink beer and eat sauerkraut like a German. When I'm not writing about motivational and inspirational people on Like A Boss, I can usually be found lifting things up and putting them back down in my garage gym (a.k.a. the dungeon).

  1. It makes sense. One less thing to distract your focus. Deciding what to wear. Steve Jobs did the same thing. An alternative could be to have a couple of alternatives that you rotate one each day.
