Good Samaritan At A Chick-Fil-A Drive-Thru Paid For The Next 88 Customers

An anonymous good samaritan, who went by the name John, decided to make everyone’s night at the Chick-Fil-A drive-thru in Abilene, Texas. After paying for his own food, he handed the drive-thru cashier $1,000 in $100 bills and told them to use the cash to pay for however many customers it’ll cover after him.

It ended up lasting for 88 customers that followed him and made everyone’s night. Because of this anonymous boss donor, 88 cars full of people got a free meal that day. What a wonderful thing to do! For some, it was an emotional experience to have such a wonderful thing happen to them. One woman was actually seen crying after she received the awesome gift of a free meal, when she had been having a rough day.

Most of the customers were smiling and pleasantly surprised by the good samaritan’s selfless deed. Some cried tears of joy! If John wanted to make everyone’s day better, his mission was definitely a success!

We are always so inspired by selfless acts like this. We think they’re wonderful and exactly what we want to promote here at Like A Boss. John is definitely a boss and we thank him for his random act of kindness that made the days of so many people a ton more special.

About Sascha Brian

Sascha Brian
Known around here as "the German", I am indeed German, but have also spent some time traveling the world. With 10 years of my life spent in the United States, rumor has it that I may even know how to grill a great burger. I don't wear socks with sandals any longer, but I still drink beer and eat sauerkraut like a German. When I'm not writing about motivational and inspirational people on Like A Boss, I can usually be found lifting things up and putting them back down in my garage gym (a.k.a. the dungeon).
