Chivalry is not dead, ladies. Here is proof: John Greenwood from Scotland went into the Scottish mountains and panned gold for a year and a half, until the man had collected gold in a quantity large enough to be turned into two wedding rings. One for his wife and one for him.
Greenwood used a gold pan, trowel, shovel, and rake to gather the gold he needed, approximately 70 grams. Then he took it to a goldsmith, who crafted two beautiful rings out of the collected gold to make the perfect Scottish wedding possible.
On the day of their wedding, John Greenwood rocked a kilt like a true Scot and married the woman of his dreams with rings he collected the gold for himself. That’s boss!
